This phone, designed to meet the needs of professionals, offers an innovative Android experience with faster computing performance, even more innovative charging technology, and a new user interface.

After the incredible success of the Huawei P9, the Mate 9 is equipped with the second generation of dual camera lens from the collaboration with Leica. Huawei and Leica have continued to refine and improve the optical performance of the camera module, which now includes a 12-megapixel RGB/F2.2 sensor, a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor, and advanced image crossover algorithms that work together to produce beautiful photographs.

Based on a very comprehensive approach to research and development, the Mate 9 is manufactured over a period of 15 days, with 50 unique processes and one hour of CNC milling, resulting in a very precise unibody metal frame. Every detail, from the sandblasted finish to the colours (Space Grey and Moonlight Silver) is the result of over 25 years of manufacturing experience.
