The plan focuses on 5 main areas and will be coordinated by 5 commissions representing the local ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This action plan, which aims to be both collaborative and efficient, offers new services to innovative companies and local startups:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accelerate the development of start-ups, notably through greater coordination with existing accelerators and programs through mentoring and digital health expertise;<\/li>\n<li>Supporting training and research in digital health within R\u00e9unionese companies and startups;<\/li>\n<li>Promote the emergence and development of private financing for projects;<\/li>\n<li>Animate the dynamics through local, national and international events, such as the NxSE Forum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-24846\" src=\"https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Screen-Shot-2017-02-24-at-2.32.06-PM.jpg\" alt=\"In french tech we trust\" width=\"312\" height=\"672\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Screen-Shot-2017-02-24-at-2.32.06-PM.jpg 312w, https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Screen-Shot-2017-02-24-at-2.32.06-PM-139x300.jpg 139w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 312px) 100vw, 312px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>A more dynamic ecosystem<\/h2>\n<p>In order to instil more collective dynamics in the territory&#8217;s ecosystem, a series of actions will be set up by Digital R\u00e9union. In particular: the creation of a &#8220;FrenchTech&#8221; acceleration fund, mixing public and private financing, the organization of a &#8220;hacking health&#8217;s camp&#8221;, and the participation in the FrenchTech &#8220;Health&#8217;s tech&#8221; tour.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>HACKING HEALTH CAMP &#8211; NxSE 2017<\/h2>\n<p>For the first time, this year, Digital R\u00e9union wishes to organize on NxSE 2017, a competition aimed at all project holders and start-ups working in the field of e-health: the Hacking Health Camp 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-24842\" src=\"https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Screen-Shot-2017-02-24-at-1.36.44-PM.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"762\" height=\"598\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Screen-Shot-2017-02-24-at-1.36.44-PM.jpg 1802w, https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Screen-Shot-2017-02-24-at-1.36.44-PM-300x235.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Screen-Shot-2017-02-24-at-1.36.44-PM-768x603.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Screen-Shot-2017-02-24-at-1.36.44-PM-1030x808.jpg 1030w, https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Screen-Shot-2017-02-24-at-1.36.44-PM-600x471.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Screen-Shot-2017-02-24-at-1.36.44-PM-610x479.jpg 610w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 762px) 100vw, 762px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>A fruitful collaboration<\/h2>\n<p>The implementation of this action plan will be delegated to a steering committee made up of 5 commissions: companies and startups, healthcare players, funders and investors, research and training and international attractiveness. The event will be coordinated by Digital Reunion, and hosted by Elodie Royer, Vice-President of Innovation and Research.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;This action plan has been designed to operate under a collaborative model. We hope that all the players concerned by the issue of e-health in the broadest sense of the term will join us in order to make Reunion shine&#8221;, insists Philippe Arnaud, the President of Digital Reunion.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10880\" src=\"https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Philippe-Arnaud-Presidt-Digital-Re%E2%95%A0%C3%BCunion.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>A team of experts at your disposal<\/h2>\n<p>A variation of the &#8220;5,000 Startups&#8221; scheme, developed by Syntec Num\u00e9rique, will also be proposed as part of this action plan. The startups that call on it will be entitled to legal or technical advice, and will be able to access a one-stop shop for guidance and information, as well as financial labelling and insurance packages.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>An assured accompaniment<\/h2>\n<p>In order to meet the demands, Syntec Num\u00e9rique has designed a &#8220;360\u00b0&#8221; support, i.e. a program that covers all areas of a company&#8217;s development. Since the launch of the program supported by French Tech in September 2015, more than 350 companies have joined Syntec Num\u00e9rique as part of this scheme.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;This program will complement existing facilities such as incubators and business incubators, with which we will work closely to improve the offer without duplicating existing solutions,&#8221; explains Philippe Arnaud.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25131\" src=\"https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/la_french_tech_reunion_logo1.png\" alt=\"French Tech\" width=\"453\" height=\"347\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/la_french_tech_reunion_logo1.png 453w, https:\/\/ict.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/la_french_tech_reunion_logo1-300x230.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 453px) 100vw, 453px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>French Tech<\/h2>\n<p>Since July 2016, Reunion Island has been part of the French Tech network, becoming the<sup>1st<\/sup> French overseas ecosystem recognized as a member of the thematic network.
