The Turbine will inaugurate a new edition of Inspire Program on Monday, November 20. The program will once again take place in collaboration with STING, at the Turbine Co-working in Moka.

Mentoring and helping those who want to start entrepreneurship in Mauritius is the mission that La Turbine has set itself since its creation in 2016. Moreover, the co-working space is in the middle of organizing a new edition of Inspire, a program whose objective is to help develop business ideas into real startup projects. The program will begin on November 20 and will run for three weeks, in the evenings of November 22, 24 and 29, and December 4, 6 and 8, from 5 to 9 p.m., at the Turbine in Moka.

Turbine Inspire Program

During these three weeks of learning, participants will benefit from the guidance and expertise of professionals and experts in the field of entrepreneurship. For this new session, participants will be able to benefit from the expertise of the Swedish incubator STING, which has over 15 years of experience in the field. Two STING coaches will join the program to share their entrepreneurial experience and facilitate the training.

This intensive and free training course is aimed at people with an innovative business idea who want to have effective and personalized support to launch their entrepreneurial adventure. Through the Inspire program, the Turbine wants to help participants develop their business idea and give them a real opportunity to create their companies.

Each workshop will be interactive, with a mix of theory, testimonials and application of the concepts. Different themes will be addressed by 4 speakers, chosen by the Turbine among local entrepreneurs who will share their experiences.

A well-prepared and busy program awaits the participants of this training. They will work on their business idea to validate the market potential, build a marketing strategy and identify the necessary resources. Particular emphasis will be placed on the financial structuring of the company and the search for financing. Therefore, the learning will go through the basics of project marketing, marketing, public relations and communication. Participants will do a market study with budget simulation and different scenarios that a company may encounter. They will thus be confronted with possible difficulties. The Turbine will offer them the keys to build and succeed a startup, whatever the field.

At the end of the program, the three best projects will receive additional coaching. The second edition of Inspire will end with a pitching session in front of an audience of entrepreneurs and potential investors. The floor will then be given to each team, which will have 10 minutes to present its project to an audience of key players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, business angels, and investment funds.
